Oh honey, honey!

I don’t like bees. Everyone knows that. Am I allergic to bees? Maybe. When I was little (I think 2 years old) I had a reaction to a bee sting, but I haven’t been stung since then (thank goodness!!! I’m in my late 20s now and I hope I never get stung). But, I have my respects to these little (creepy) creatures. They make the best dessert and sweetener in the universe (I say universe, in case aliens don’t have bees), honey!

My palate loves to indulge in its sweet goodness. It has health benefits and you can mix it with foods or eat as is. I LOVE honey with tea. My favourites are chamomile, peppermint, and rooibos tea. I don’t like to put sugar in it, so I put honey. Even if I’m buying it at a coffee shop, I ask for honey. Even when I eat pancakes or waffles, I use honey…and/or maple syrup 😉

Why not treat yourself with such a natural delight? It has wonderful health benefits, and satisfies your sugar cravings! Fine, I still love chocolate, but you know what I mean :D, so don’t ruin this moment!
